Episode 7 - L.A. Noire and New "On The Rocks" Segment

Welcome to our seventh episode! This week, you will be joined by Phil, Chris, and Rob, and do we have a special treat for you listeners this week! Before we explain what is special about this week's episode, allow us to summarize our usual topics.

As a loyal gamer, Phil had recently purchased a copy of L.A. Noire and explained why this has the potential to be game of the year already. Rob will be sharing his experience at the Sleigh Bells show he attended two weeks ago and lead the discussion on the Office finale and Conan O'Brien's documentary, "Can't Stop". As some of you might know, Hangover 2 and Kung Fu Panda 2 came out this Friday as well, so Chris will be leading that discussion on these two sequels and whether Hangover 2 can do better in the box office compared to its predecessor.

After the first hour of this episode, we added a new segment called On the Rocks. This segment somehow extended the seventh episode for an extra hour. The main purpose of "On the Rocks" is to have undisclosed discussions about topics that do not fit into our usual discussion and are all uncensored. Please enjoy the extra hour as we freely talk about the recent, and unfortunate, death of Macho Man. Chris led the discussion by sharing the way Randy Savage had changed the face of wrestling and how he essentially paved the road to success for guys like Shawn Michaels and Jeff Hardy. We also spoke about Oprah's final show this past week and many other topics, including all of our contributor's 30 Day Song Challenge picks.
